Our Extra Sourdough Pan Loaves combine old-world flavor with a thin crust and soft, airy interior. This sliced bread is an excellent choice for French toast. Lightly toasted, it can be used in a breakfast applications for toast or any number of breakfast sandwiches. Also an excellent choice for a classic BLT, club sandwich, or melty panini. Served untoasted, it marries well with different salad-type cold sandwiches such as egg, tuna, or chicken. Each loaf contains 14 usable sandwich slices that are 3/4” thick not included end slices. No HFCS or trans fats.
