Our hamburger knot bun is handmade and tied into an artisan knot that is baked off into a beautiful one of a kind look. Pre-sliced with a dark gloss finish, this bun is slightly sweet and can hold up to juicy patties when cooked rare or medium-rare. Allows for preparations that are liberal with spreads and sauces without being overwhelmingly dense. Best used for hamburgers between 1/3lb and 1/2lb. Also plays well with fried chicken, BBQ meats, as well as veggie & beyond meat burgers. No HFCS or trans fats.
