Our brioche bun comes pre-sliced with a handmade look and a dark gloss finish. The heavy egg and butter content delivers a slightly sweet, decadent flavor and soft, airy interior. This burger bun can hold up to juicy patties when cooked rare or medium-rare, and allows for preparations that are liberal with spreads and sauces without being overwhelmingly dense. Best used for hamburgers between 1/4lb and 1/3lb. Also plays well with fried chicken, BBQ meats, as well as veggie & beyond meat burgers. . No HFCS or trans fats.
